MANAGE provides the ability to customize patient assessments to meet your clinical needs.
Assessments can be conducted by healthcare professionals in various settings and at different
stages in the assessment process. They can be initial assessments used to populate registers
that the clinician is creating, comprehensive assessments whose data can be used for training
and research, and follow-up assessments used for patient care reviews. Assessments can also
be customized to your specialty (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, etc.)
Customized outputs and reporting
Data entered in MANAGE during the assessment process can be used to generate outputs
that are customized to meet the requirements of each practice. Some examples are:
assessment summaries, discharge summaries, patient recall notices, letters and reports for
general practitioners, patients, and other referrals. The system can also generate clinical audits
to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the practice. Using a standard messaging
protocol, this audit information can feed directly into local or national audits.
Automated patient recall
The automated patient recall feature of the system can be used to recall patients using text
messaging for mobile devices, e-mail messages, letters, or automated voice messages.
The recall feature can be used for repeat tests, reminders for scheduled appointments, and
reminders for test procedures prior to appointments.
In-house consultation, training and support

They will review referral details, assessment types and outcomes, commonly used letters and
reports, patient recall requirements and clinical audit data. They will use this detailed information
to create your custom solution. On-site user training will be provided by one of our professionals
